job requirements
1、Master's degree,metallurgy、Material、Chemical industry、Electrochemistry related majors,With the development of lithium battery cathode materials3More than 10 years of work experience；
2、Have strong experimental hands-on ability、familiarDOEdesign,Able to conduct experimental design for process problems、Verify and improve；
3、Skilled useoffice、mini-tabData processing and analysis software,Have strong data compilation and analysis capabilities；
4、Applicants familiar with cathode material synthesis are preferred。
Job Responsibilities:
Aimed at serving the research, development and production of lithium battery cathode materials,Establish a cathode material evaluation technology system and application technology platform,Promote the sustainable development of battery technology。Specifically:
1、with suppliers/College/Research institute cooperation or independent design,Develop new cathode material products,Meet battery design requirements；
2、Responsible for the evaluation and selection of new materials,Develop material testing standards and technical protocols,Establish battery material information database；
3、Responsible for standardization work、Patent drafting；
4、Responsible for daily technical work,Including the formulation of technical agreements、Assist in handling material issues during mass production, etc.；
5、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors。
